The Blue Book is the handbook which is distributed to each resident of the estate so that everyone can be aware of our collective responsibilities in maintaining the standards the estate had become known for. Over the years the Blue Book, as it has become known, has come to provide both new and old residents with a point of reference as well as a source where answers for day to day issues that may arise from time to time can be obtained.
