Theydon Grove Residents Association was formed on 12 February 1993 as a way of ensuring that the style and standards of the estate would be maintained. A hand book, which became known as the �Blue Book�, was compiled and distributed to each resident of the estate so that everyone could be made aware of our responsibilities in maintaining the standards the estate had become known for. Over the years the Blue Book has come to provide both new and old residents with a point of reference as well as a source where answers for day to day issues that may arise from time to time can be obtained.
