Extraordinary General meetings

An Extraordinary General Meeting may be called by any paid up member together with the signatures of a further eight paid up members being put before the Committee at any time.
Written notice of no less than 14 days shall be given to all members detailing the time and venue of the meeting together with reason fir it being convened
A quorum for an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be no less than 20 members.

Committee Meetings

A) At the first Committee Meeting the Committee shall elect the Officers
B) A quorum for Committee Meetings shall be no less than 5
C) In the event of a Member resigning from the Committee other Members may be co-opted as required.
D) In the event of the Chairman resigning, a new Chairman is to be selected in accordance with item 5(F)
E) Reasonable notice shall be given of all Committee Meetings, i.e. Not less than 48 hours.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee shall consist of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Neighbourhood Watch Officer.

Neighbourhood Watch Sub-Committee

A) The Neighbourhood Watch Sub-Committee shall comprise the elected Neighbourhood Watch office and eight Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators, one to administer each designated Group.
B) The duties of the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinators shall be carried out by either Elected Patch Representatives, or by other responsible Members with the approval of the full Committee and the Police.
C) The Sub-Committee, through the Neighbourhood Watch Officer shall report to the Members once per year at the Annual General Meeting.

Voting

Only paid up Members will be entitled to vote at the General Meetings.
Only Committee members my vote at Committee Meetings
Voting is to be decided by a simple majority.
