A) Chairman The Chairman will be responsible for the chairing of Committee Meetings, the overall organisation and business of the Association and will instigate publication of newsletters to keep members informed of the Association�s affairs, and give an account of the year�s activities at the Annual General Meeting. B) Secretary The Secretary will be responsible for recording and distributing minutes of the Committee Meetings and General Meetings, and for generally handling the Association�s correspondence. D) Treasurer The Treasurer will be responsible for keeping accurate documented accounts of all the Association�s financial affairs, for maintaining a register of current Members, for maintaining an appropriate account for the Association, and submitting a report to the AGM with a full account of receipts and expenditure. On any account held where signatures are required (e.g.. For withdrawing money) any two signatures from the Executive Committee shall be given. D) Neighbourhood Watch Office The Neighbourhood Watch Officer shall chair Neighbourhood Watch Sub-Committee meetings, be responsible for liaising with the Police and the group Co-ordinators, keep the main Committee advised of events and details of Group Co-ordinators and will report to the AGM, summarising the year�s activities.
